It's Not Like I Was Working With the Kidnappers
So happy you're back!
My Dearest Brian,
I did realize you were gone. It just never occurred to me that you weren’t gone by choice. I mean come on. Kidnapped? You?
I know you’re upset, but it's not like I was working with the kidnappers. Jesus. After their third or fourth call, when I realized they weren’t kidding, I did start to worry. And when they asked for ransom- I was so ready to give it.
But then they started talking about everything they did to you.
They said something about your fingers and toes. And some other stuff they were doing to do to you- honestly, I was trying not to listen. Because yikes! Right? #selfcare
I mean, Brian can you imagine what it was like for me to hear that?
I thought about calling the police, but you know how I feel about shoes in the house. So, I decided to handle this myself. I was on my way to thinking about going to the bank, when unselfishly, I asked myself: Bodie, do you think Brian would really want to go on like this? Is it even worth it at this point?
Because Brian’s always been the kind of person that has all of his fingers.
And I know we could always photoshop them back into the pictures, but what about real life?
I think it would have been hard to look at you. (For the kids.)
So, when I told the kidnappers I didn’t want you back, it was out of love, Brian. I was hoping they’d end your suffering. But instead, they let you go. Yay!
I’m so glad you’re sleeping in today. It’s been a lot. I’ll be out having a me day as well. If you’re looking for your clothes, they’re in boxes in the guest room.
Just something I was trying out. So happy you’re back.
Love, Bodie

“Because Brian’s always been the kind of person that has all of his fingers.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂I LOLed
Hey Bodie - What do you want Brian to do when... if YOU get kidnapped?
